The focus is on fresh and seasonal local produce, where the traditional east meets a contemporary west to plate up the most mouth watering dishes, each tailor made. Favorite dishes include crab curry, spicy fish on banana leaf and barbecued lobster.
You can also accompany the staff for a unique fish market-experience, where you can select your own fish, prawn or lobster. You are welcome to cook or get the chef to prepare a dish you prefer. Our sky restaurants serve snacks, light meals, cocktails, tea and coffee from morning to midnight including in room dining.
