  • Terms and conditions
    • - All the guests must be fully vaccinated.
    • - Vaccination cards and ID Copies proofments to be submitted to the following email in advance.
    • - Pets are not allowed
  • Cancellation Policy ( 01 Or 02 Rooms )
    • - If cancelled up to 30 days before the date of arrival no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
    • - Cancellations received with 31 days or more notice, will be refunded in full. (If any) (Bank Charges and Credit card Commissions will be deducted from such refunds) fee.
    • - Failure to arrive at the hotel is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
  • Child Policy
    • - All the children above 12 will be charged as an adult. (Ex. Person Rate + Meal Basis)
    • - 0 to 4.99 years old is considered as ‘Infant’ and will be FOC when sharing parents bed. If an extra bed is required, there will be an additional supplement as specified by the resort.
    • - 05 to 11.99 years old is considered as ‘Children’ and the resorts Child Policies and rates will apply to them.
    • - Children below 5 years be free of charge (Considerable Amount)
